What Is Included in Wash-Dry-Fold Service?
Our team sorts standard laundry into lights and darks, washes and dries it according to the service instructions on your order, then folds or hangs eligible items before packaging them for return.
The current standard service uses Wind Fresh detergent, Downy fabric softener, Bounce dryer sheets, and an Ozone-infused wash process. Cold water and high-heat drying are the default unless you provide other supported instructions when scheduling. Stain treatment is attempted as needed, but stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Collared shirts, blouses, dresses, dress pants, women’s jumpers, and tops with full-length zippers are normally returned on hangers. Additional hanger requests may carry an extra charge. All other standard items are folded.
